Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RockinSEO’s website scanning, SEO, AEO, GEO, content intelligence, valuation, and reporting services. By using RockinSEO, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, and activity under your account.

Authorization to scan

You may submit only websites that you own, operate, or are authorized to analyze. You authorize RockinSEO to access public pages and technical resources at submitted domains to provide the service. You may not use RockinSEO to disrupt, overload, probe without authorization, or gain access to another system.

Estimates and recommendations

Website values, SEO scores, AI visibility findings, and recommendations are estimates—not appraisals, guarantees, certifications, or legal, financial, accessibility, or investment advice.

Results depend on public data available at the time of a scan and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations and testing changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; introduce malicious code; bypass limits; reverse engineer or resell the service; misrepresent reports as formal certifications; or interfere with the service or another user.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to provide and improve the service. RockinSEO’s software, design, branding, and original content remain ours or our licensors’ property.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. RockinSEO is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination and changes

We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or legal exposure. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
